• Listen to and respect your coaches, they are here to help you get better
• Respect your fellow teammates, be encouraging, we are all on the same team
• Cheer for your teammates in meets as you would want them to cheer for you
• Keep your hands to yourselves at all times
• Be on time (or 5 minutes early) to practice and meets
• Talk to a coach if you feel bullied about anything big or small
• HAVE FUN that is what this is all about !!!
