RELAY CARNIVAL and ALL STAR MEET-

PLEASE DECLARE FOR BOTH MEETS ASAP!! 

As we approach our two end of season meets, we wanted to share a quick reminder about team selections.

The Greater Charlotte Swim League limits each team to 40 swimmers for the Relay Carnival, so unfortunately not every swimmer will be able to participate. The All-Star Meet is also a select meet, with swimmers qualifying based on their performances throughout the season. As much as we wish everyone could swim in one of the two meets, with such a big team that is just not possible. 

Please know these selections are based on league rules and meet criteria, not a swimmer's effort or value to our team. We are proud of every swimmer's hard work and growth this season and appreciate your continued support!

Reminders for the meet....

- FOOD TRUCKS- Come hungry and have dinner at the meet, support the food trucks and support the team! Tell your neighbors too.

- Smallcakes Ballantyne

All are welcome and the trucks will be ready to serve around 5 pm!

- Parking Details - Fill the parking lot and park on ONE side of Beckford Glen (or walk if you can!). Food Trucks will be set up in the front circle. We raffled off TWO premium parking spots for ALL home meets. If you didn't win, don't park in those marked spots.

-ARRIVAL: Warm-ups for our team will be from 5:10-5:30. You are welcome to set up chairs AFTER 4:30pm on meet days.

-WEATHER - the meet is on unless you receive an email from us saying otherwise.

- Bug Spray - We heard from many families that the bugs were bad at the meet on Monday night. Throw some bug spray in your bag just in case!

-Foxcroft will use the space under the pavilion. Our team will be set up against the clubhouse and outside on the hill.

- Don't bring alcohol. It's the rules, we didn't make them, and our team could be penalized. Please be respectful of this.

- Clerk of Course - Make sure your kids are ON TIME. We should not have to go looking for your child for their race! Encourage them to stay off the playground and engaged in the meet! Stay for all the races your child is signed up for.

- Please clean up your area before leaving, on the pool deck and on the hill. We found lots of trash on the hill after Monday's meet. Please help us with this. 

- If you are volunteering, thank you in advance! Please check in at the volunteer check-in table - located just inside the gate no later than 5:30pm. Set-up volunteers, please arrive by 4:00pm.

- We will send out Heat Sheet tomorrow!
