- Shrimpers (6 & under)- 8-8:30am
- 7/8s- 8:30-9:15am
- 9/10s- 9:15-10am
- 11& up- 10:00-10:45am

Please enter our pool at the pool gate located to the right of the clubhouse.
Please note that our clubhouse is closed during meets, except for data entry volunteers.
We ask that swimmers/ spectators stay inside the pool area and away from the playground and large oak tree.
Parking:
There is a small pool parking lot to the right of the clubhouse with first come, first serve parking and a few handicapped spaces. We ask that families park on the Pool side of the street ONLY on Royal Colony Drive. Parking is available on both sides of the street on Constitution Drive. PLEASE adhere to NO PARKING signs and do not block the corners of intersections. The circular driveway in front of the clubhouse is a no parking zone, however can be used for dropoff/ pickup of swimmers and spectators. Please do not park in the grass or block any driveways or intersections. We will have parking attendants helping to direct the traffic.

Hunter Oaks Warm Up time 5:20 - 5:40pm
Seating:
Our visitor seating is on the right side / kiddie pool side and is mostly shaded. Some pool deck chairs and tables will be out, however we recommend bringing folding chairs to sit in. Please keep all children out of our kiddie pool area as this is CLOSED during meets.
Concessions:
Concessions will be served out of the clubhouse window on the pool deck. Look for the blue tent. We will have pizza by the slice, hot dogs, pasta, Chick Fil A sandwiches, chips, candy, water, gatorade and soft drinks while supplies last. Cash, Zelle and Credit Cards accepted.
Restrooms:
Located just inside the pool gate entrance on the left as you walk in.
As a reminder, NO ALCOHOL is permitted during meets per the Greater Charlotte Swim League rules.
