Reminders/Meet Info/TEAM PICTURES:

- Entries by Athlete that we send out before a meet and the Heat Sheet may be different. Please always go by the Heat Sheet, not Entries by Athlete when writing events on your child's arm.

- Medley Relay Order-  (1) Backstroke, (2) Breaststroke, (3) Butterfly, (4) Freestyle

The number beside your child's name on the Heat Sheet tells you what stroke they are swimming in the Medley Relay.

- IM (Individual Medley) Order- Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Freestyle 

- NEW THIS YEAR FOR RELAYS- Coach Whitney is required to specify alternates. If your child is listed as A-5 they are an alternate for the A relay. If we do not need them as an alternate they will swim in the B relay as listed on the Heat Sheet. 

- In the Mock Meet, swimmers got to swim every stroke because it was just our team. In all other meets they are allowed to swim at maximum of 3 Individual Events and 2 Relays.

- PLEASE help us with making sure that your swimmers are at Clerk of Course on time. We had to go find lots of swimmers for relays last night.  We should not have to go looking for them! If they miss a relay, Coach Whitney will not put them in a relay at the next meet! 

- Is this yours? Please see attached photo of a cup we found after the meet last night. We will have it at practice tonight for you to pick up. 

- TEAM PICTURES- Our team picture is still available to order until FRIDAY 6/5.
