To help our swim meets run smoothly and safely for everyone, please review the
following reminders:
- Parents are not permitted at Clerk of Course.
If you have questions or concerns about events or the meet, please come to a board member, and we will communicate with Coach Whitney as needed. During meets, Coach Whitney’s focus needs to remain on coaching and cheering on the swimmers. - Please ensure your swimmer arrives at Clerk of Course on time for their events.
We should not have to search for swimmers during the meet. - Safety is a top priority.
Please make sure your child is following all pool and meet rules, including staying out of the water unless they are racing and walking on the pool deck at all times. We appreciate your help reinforcing these expectations with your swimmers. - All swimmers must be declared in SwimTopia by the deadline as attending or not attending each meet. We had LOTS of request after the deadline for the Mock Meet. We cannot accommodate last-minute requests to add swimmers once entries have been submitted. Coach Whitney is not permitted to make changes to the heat sheet on the day of the meet once it has been finalized.
- Please do not leave the meet until your swimmer has completed all scheduled events, including relays.
Leaving early impacts teammates, coaches, and creates unnecessary confusion. If a swimmer misses a relay because they left early, they will not be placed in a relay at the following meet. - If you signed up to volunteer, please read the volunteer descriptions carefully so you understand your role and please arrive on time for your assignment.
- Finally, please remember that our team is run by volunteers.
We truly appreciate everyone’s cooperation and support in helping make our meets fun, organized, and successful for all swimmers and families!

Please declare you swimmers for June 1st and June 4th Meet today!
ONLY fill out the forms below if your swimmer is going to be late or leaving early.

Swimmers must be declared as attending or not attending in Swimtopia for all meets, you can go ahead and do this for the whole season!
- Mock Meet results are attached
We did not DQ any swimmers last night. This will not be the case on Monday and at following meets. If your child is DQ'd in a meet for their finish or kick etc., the coaches will work with them at the following practices to help them correct the issue.
