Please declare swimmers for BOTH of next week's meets ASAP! We still have 55 people undeclared for Monday, you must declare your child for the June 1st meet by SATURDAY AT NOON. Google forms for each meet are below, please fill these out only for late arrival/early departure (please do not email us), these forms are NOT to declare your swimmer for the meets. You must declare your swimmer as attending or not attending in Swimtopia.

Attached is a copy of the Heat Sheet for tonight. We will be ending the meet by 9pm tonight.

We will see your swimmer on deck tonight as close to 4:45 as possible! We are going to start lining everyone up for the photo as soon as we can! Please no goggles/caps/shoes for pictures. Send in your swimmer in just their suit and parents - please stay off the deck so we can continue getting set up for the meet and get the picture taken as quickly as possible. Please wait to set up chairs on the pool deck until after the team picture.

If your child "doesn't want" to swim a certain stroke they are signed up for or participate in a certain relay... please encourage them to give it a go! The purpose of the meet tonight is to get a baseline on each swimmer and see what they can do. This is a fun, neighborhood league. This is a great chance for your kids to push themselves a bit and try something new!

Relays are not set in stone and we may make changes tonight on deck. Coach Whitney may ask some kids to swim "up" an age group to fill in holes and some will swim twice in relays because of odd numbers - so everyone gets a chance to swim in a relay. Thanks for your cooperation!
