Hello Parents - We are excited to welcome the Weddington Wahoos to Hunter Oaks tonight for our first Home Meet!

Reminders for tonight....

-Come hungry and have dinner at the meet - support the food trucks and support the team! Tell your neighbors too.

- Parking Details - Fill the parking lot and park on ONE side of Beckford Glen (or walk if you can!). Food Trucks will be set up in the front circle. This year, we raffled off TWO premium parking spots for ALL home meets. If you didn't win, don't park in those marked spots.

-ARRIVAL: Warm-ups for our team will be from 5:10-5:30. You are welcome to set  up chairs AFTER 4:30pm on meet days. 

-Weddington will use the space under the pavilion. Our team will be set up against the clubhouse and outside on the hill.

- Don't bring alcohol. It's the rules, we didn't make them, and our team could be penalized please be respectful of this.

- Clerk of Course - Make sure your kids are ON TIME. If they are not there and miss their relay, they won't swim in one at the next meet. Encourage them to stay off the playground and engaged in the meet! Stay for all the races your child is registered for. 

-We will be doing dive overs for 11 & ups to help speed up the meet tonight. 11 & ups will stay in the water after their race until after the next heat starts, then they will exit the pool.

- Heat sheets and Events by Athlete are attached. Please take a look, relays have changed from what we sent last night.  Bring a copy, or follow along in the Swimtopia App. WiFi: Ho Pool/ Password: hunteroaks

- Clean up your area before leaving, on the pool deck and on the hill. 

- If you are volunteering, thank you in advance! Please check in at the volunteer check-in table - located just inside the gate no later than 5:30pm. Set-up volunteers, please arrive by 4:00pm.

-There will be a table set up with lavender mailbox bows in memory of our teammate Lara, please consider making a donation.
