Hello Returning Water Jets Families - 

The 2025 registration form is now open to our returning swim families in good standing. Please do not share or post this email or link. NEW families will be able to register beginning Saturday (3/15) by visiting the Swimtopia website. 

We sent the info below yesterday, but if you missed it, please read about the changes to the registration process BEFORE YOU REGISTER. 

VOLUNTEER INFO: 

• As always, you will be required to select your volunteer roles - totaling 4 "points" per FAMILY when you register. 
• Please do not sign up for more than ONE volunteer slot (per family) at the Mock Meet. When all of our seasoned families take those roles, we really struggle with volunteers at the end of the season. If you sign up for more than one slot at the Mock Meet, it will be deleted and you will be randomly reassigned. 
• NEW THIS YEAR - the mock meet volunteer slots are full meet volunteer slots. The Mock Meet will end promptly at 9:00pm. 
• Some volunteer jobs are reserved for families who ONLY have Shrimpers. DO NOT sign up for those if you have other swimmers besides shrimpers. 
• If you are a team business sponsor or Friend of the Water Jet, you are only required to do 3 points. The system will require you to select 4 to register, simply email us and let us know which slot to delete on the back-end. 
• Just like last year, if you bail on your volunteer slot and you do not find a replacement, you will NOT be listed as a returning family next season. Please help us with this. It takes 50+ volunteers to run these meets.  

RAFFLE TICKETS: In the "Merchandise" section of registration, you will see raffle tickets for $5. We are raffling off TWO premium parking spots for ALL of the home meets. Tickets are $5 each and you can buy as many as you'd like. Two winners will be chosen for the entire season and will get to park in reserved spots closest to the BG Clubhouse for ALL HOME MEETS! Good luck! 

FEES: When you register, you will notice a $3.30 fee per swimmer. This is a fixed fee charged by Swimtopia that goes directly to Swimtopia. It's their fee for us to use their website to manage the team and the meets. 

SPONSORS: **WE ARE LOOKING FOR BUSINESS SPONSORS! Bring a NEW sponsor to our team and receive $25 off your registration fee! It's as simple as asking at any dentist, MD, store, etc. you go into! OR - do you want to promote your business by sponsoring? Email us for details. Sponsorships start at just $250 and require one less volunteer slot!
