Now... on to ALL STARS! For those who are new to the team - the All Star meet has historically taken place AFTER July 4th. So we usually have a lot more time to prepare and for the Coaches to review data to select the swimmers. Since the meet is this Friday, Coach Whitney wanted to wait till after tonight's meet finished to see if any one additional qualified. Thank you for your patience. 

ALL STAR PRACTICES: Beckford Glen pool tomorrow Tues 6/25, Wed 6/26, Thurs 6/27. 10 and unders will practice from 8:30am-9:15am and 11 & ups will practice from 9:15am-10:00am. Please plan to attend practice if you can. 

ALL STAR MEET: Friday - June 28th @ 6pm - Uptown. More details- arrival times etc coming soon. 

VOLUNTEERS: Just like regular meets, this meet is run by volunteers. Hunter Oaks is required to send a handful of volunteers. The Greater Charlotte Swim League has assigned us specific roles. Please click on "Job Sign Up" on the Swimtopia Main Page and sign up! We got lucky and have some pretty easy slots this meet.  If you've never been to this meet, some of the deck jobs are preferable to sitting in the stands as they are very strict who they will allow on deck during the meet.

ALTERNATES: If your child is an alternate, Coach Whitney has reached out to you. We expect alternates to be on deck and ready to swim at the meet with their team for the duration of the meet. Alternates are also invited and encouraged to attend practice this week. 

ROSTER CHANGES: Our final roster is due to the Greater Charlotte Swim League by tomorrow (Tues) morning. If your child's availability for this meet changes for ANY reason - please notify us at [email protected] ASAP. 

Please look for more info tomorrow and Wed regarding what your child is swimming and arrival times etc.
