Hello Water Jets - We are looking forward to a great HOME meet tonight against Foxcroft East! 

Please see below for updates and reminders. 

1. SPORTSMANSHIP: We expect this to be a close meet. Let's show Foxcroft East Gators good sportsmanship. We want swimmers staying in the water till other swimmers have finished. We want to see high fives, fist bumps, and lots of encouragement. Remind your kids! 

2. FOOD TRUCKS: Come hungry and have dinner at the meet - support the food trucks and support the team! Tell your neighbors too. OooWee BBQ and Nautical Bowls will be on-site. Thank you Lil' Barb!  

3. ARRIVAL: You are welcome to set up chairs AFTER 4:30pm on meet days. Warm-ups for our team will be from 5:05-5:25pm.

4. Don't bring alcohol. It's the rules, we didn't make them, and our team could be penalized - please be respectful of this.

5. CLERK OF COURSE - Make sure your kids are ON TIME. If they are not and miss their relay, they won't swim in one at the next meet. Encourage them to stay off the playground and engaged in the meet! Stay for all the races your child is registered for. Parents -- DO NOT stay with your kids in the Clerk or behind the blocks unless you are a volunteer. TRUST THE PROCESS.

6. Heat sheets are attached. We don't expect changes, but they sometimes occur. Bring a copy, or follow along in the Swimtopia App. WiFi: HO Pool / Pass: hunteroaks (sometimes you have to enter it twice, it's special).

7. Clean up your area before leaving.

8. VOLUNTEERS: Thank you in advance! Please check in at the volunteer check-in table - located just inside the gate no later than 5:30pm. Timers/Stroke and Turn - check your email from Sarah regarding meetings tonight. Set-up volunteers, please arrive by 4:00pm. Clerk Volunteers need to be on duty in the CoC beginning at 5:50pm.
