Good Morning HOWJ: 

Thanks for a great week of practices and a special thank you to the families who stepped up to fill in the volunteer slots for tonight. We are grateful and appreciate you! 

Please declare your swimmers for next weeks meets if you haven't already AND mark their availability for the All Star Meet as well. 

Heat Sheets for the meet tonight are attached. PLEASE remind your swimmers to show excellent sportsmanship and be sure to clean up after yourselves and not leave trash behind tonight.

Address: 7930 Whistlestop Rd, Charlotte NC 28210
Arrival: HOWJ are welcome to begin arriving at 5:00-5:15 and warm ups are scheduled to start at 5:30.

Things to know:
- Our baby pool will be closed
- We have limited deck space, but a nice grassy hillside for visitors to sit and watch. Visiting team has the pool deck by the hill reserved. Please bring chairs.
- We have a small parking lot by the pool that will have reserved and handicapped parking only. 
- Parking is available in the church parking lot off Whistlestop (On the left as you enter the neighborhood on Whistlestop before the pool. The church allows us to use the parking lot as a courtesy - please park only in marked spaces and do NOT park on the grass. Street parking is also available but we would prefer that you park at the church. If street parking is necessary please park on only one side of the street. Do not park on the grass or in front of the fire hydrant. Please do NOT park in the condo complex. Parking attendants will assist with parking directions.
- Timers Meeting in the parking lot at 5:45.
- We have a concession stand that serves burgers (some would say the best burger in the league), hotdogs, drinks, chips, fruit and candy. We take cash and venmo. We will also have Kona Ice for purchase!
