HOWJ Parents - We've had some last minute illness / injuries etc and therefore a few changes will be made to the Heat Sheet. Coach Whitney will revise it closer to the meet. In the meantime, please hold off on writing RELAYs on your kids - those are where most of the changes will be. The updated heat sheet will be available around 5pm - and you can view it in Swimtopia at that time as well. 

Reminder of the timeline for Home Meets... 

- Please do not come to the pool before 4:30pm - we will be busy setting up for the meet and do not want extra chairs in the way. 

- Warm-ups for the Water Jets are from 5:05-5:25pm and then we'll begin lining up our shrimpers and relays shortly after. If your child is late - they will be replaced in their relay.
