Hello HOWJ families- 

Trophy Names: Attached is a listing of how your swimmers name will be on their end of season trophy. This is your ONLY CHANCE to make a change to it. If the name is wrong, please email: [email protected] by tomorrow (6/6) to make the change. If it's correct, please don't email. 

Meet Attendance: We sound like a broken record - PLEASE declare your swimmers for the meets. There are 200 swimmers, and we need everyone of them declared YES or NO for every meet. You can do this in the app or on the website. It's easy and takes minutes. We are NOT going to be personally texting you. If you don't declare, your child won't swim. And if you are signed up to volunteer, you are expected to be there, or find a replacement. If your swimmers attendance changes once the portal closes, simply email: [email protected] as soon as possible. Our board/coaches spends HOURS preparing for these meets. Please help us with this simple task. 

Swimtopia App: Below is a look of what the Swimtopia app can do. The pro-version is $2.99 for the month and we will send a reminder at the end of the season to cancel it. The cell signal at the HO Pool is not great. Here's how to jump on the Wi-Fi Network: HO Pool / password: hunteroaks.
