Good Morning Parents - 

Attached is a copy of the Heat Sheet for tonight. Please note - it shows a start time of 4:45pm which is incorrect. Our goal is start the meet just before 6pm. We will be ending the meet by 9pm tonight. 

Please note: Coach Whitney will not be making any more changes to the Heat Sheet unless absolutely necessary. If your child "doesn't want" to swim a certain stroke or participate in a certain relay... please encourage them to give it a go! The purpose of the meet tonight is to get a baseline on each swimmer and see what they can do. This is a fun, neighborhood league. This is a great chance for your kids to push themselves a bit and try something new! 

Relays are not set in stone and we may make changes tonight on deck. Coach Whitney is asking some kids to swim "up" an age group to fill in holes. Thanks for your cooperation!

We will see your swimmer on deck tonight at 4:45pm for individual pics, 5pm for team pics. Please no goggles/caps/shoes for pictures. Send in your swimmer in just their suit and parents - please stay off the deck so we can continue getting set up for the meet.
