Hello HOWJ Parents - We made it to the final meet of the season. Thank you so much for cheering loudly for our swimmers, and pitching in to make these meets happen this week!

Details / parking instructions from Foxcroft - Please note we will begin with Race #23. Please be on time!

- Where: 7701 Fairview Road Charlotte, NC 28226

- Hunter Oaks SWIMMER ARRIVAL TIME: 5:15pm

- Hunter Oaks WARMUPS: 5:30pm

- MEET START TIME: 6:00pm

- PARKING: Our main entrance off Fairview includes a parking lot that is reserved for Hunter Oaks. We will have a parking director on duty; tell them you are with HO. Be careful, Fairview Road around here is a speedway! You can also park on neighborhood streets. There is a footpath from Valencia Terrace near Edenton Road to the club pool. Please respect homeowners and do not park on the grass and make sure your car does not block driveways or street access. When parking on Valencia Terrace, please park only on the side of the street with your car facing Fairview Road. Cars on the opposite side of the street will be subject to towing.

- SEATING: Hunter Oaks will be provided the section on the opposite side of the pool (close to the grassy field) for their team seating. There are chairs and tables, please bring your own chairs for additional seating.

- POOL: Please tell your swimmers that the area with the diving board, the shallow end, and the baby pool are closed during the meet and no one should be in there.

- CONCESSIONS: Our concession stand near the pavilion will serve a variety of chips, juice, water, candies, etc. Hungry Howie's Food Truck will be on site, and Taystee Ice Italian Ice will be selling their frozen treats.
