Hello Water Jets Parents - 

Thank you all for your patience during this week of crazy weather! It's going to make for a super busy swim week next week and we appreciate you hanging with us in the home stretch of the season. 

As you can imagine - we've had a LOT of changes and shifting in terms of swimmer availability. Please read this email carefully. 

NEW Practice Schedule Next Week: 

• Monday (6/26) - Regular Practice
• Tuesday (6/27) - No Practice 
• Wednesday (6/28) - Fun & Games Optional LAST Practice of Season! 

Meets Next Week: 

• Monday (6/26)- We are at home vs. Weddington Racquet. This is our final home meet of the season. More details coming soon - food truck pre-order links are already posted to FB if you want to check that out.
• Tuesday (6/27) - Make-up meet at Windyrush. We will begin the meet at race #15. We've attached a list of the swimmers who are scheduled to swim in the makeup meet at Windyrush. Please look at it one FINAL time and reply to this email if there are any changes or mistakes. Please understand the volume of email / texts etc we get and we are doing our best to keep it all straight.  
• Wednesday (6/28)- Make-up meet at Foxcroft. We will begin the meet at race #23. If your child's availability for Foxcroft is CHANGING - meaning they were there last night, but won't be there next week, or vice versa - PLEASE REPLY TO THIS EMAIL and let us know by Sunday at the latest.  Also, if your child lost a black pair of goggles at Foxcroft last night, Coach Whitney will have them at practice Monday.
• Thursday (6/29) - The swim team fun never stops.... Banquet Time! Look for a separate email regarding banquet details soon. This event is for Water Jets swimmers and their families only. It's a pool party / dessert social. We hope you'll be there as we celebrate an awesome season! 

Volunteer Positions Next Week: 

If you were scheduled to volunteer at ANY of the above meets and now cannot due to the date change, please reply to this email ASAP.

SOS: We are short-handed for Windyrush and are looking for 2 second half timers and  a ribbon person. Ribbons can be done at home ;-). If you are willing to step-up and fill any of those positions, please reply and let us know. We would be very grateful. 

All Star Availability: 

An email went out earlier this week regarding All Star availability. Please take a look and mark your child in Swimtopia as "available" or "not available" for the All Star Meet on Sat. July 8th at 12pm. This meet is by Coaches invitation only. We will have a couple of practices for this meet the week leading up to All Stars.
