Good Morning HOWJ Parents - 

We are still waiting on the Heat Sheets for tonight and will send those as soon as we can. In the meantime - we have some updates / meet info to share. 

1. Please remind your swimmers about appropriate behavior at the Clerk of Course tonight. Coach Whitney talked to all swimmers about it today at practice.... but in particular 9-12 year old boys need to be reminded of this. 

2. If your child is listed as "leg 5" of a relay - that means they are the "alternate" for the relay. Please have them check in at the Clerk if they are listed as leg 5. If one of the relay kids is a no-show - we will be putting them in.

3. We are aware that they weather looks questionable for tonight (and most of the week really). We've been in touch with Windyrush already. The meet is ON unless your email says otherwise. It's extremely difficult to reschedule swim meets due to pool closure, life guards, food trucks, 60+ volunteers etc. So we will do everything we can to get the meet in safely.

5. Meet Details from Windyrush: 

• Windyrush is located at 6441 Windyrush Road (just off Colony Rd). 
• We have parking for approximately sixty cars in our paved lot. We will open the lower, unpaved lot depending on the weather and we will have parking attendants to help direct traffic. If you have to park on the neighborhood streets, please park only on the sidewalk sides of Windyrush Road and Lancer. 
• Visiting teams sit on the "slide" side of the pool. This is the shadiest section and there is plenty of deck space. Feel free to bring chairs. 
• Our snack bar will be open on a limited basis (drinks, ice cream, candy) and the OooWee BBQ food truck will be on site. They are not accepting pre-orders. See attached menus.

We will send heat sheets over as soon as we can and if things change due to the weather - we will email that as well!
