Good Morning Hunter Oaks Water Jets -
We are looking forward to a great meet tonight against Ballantyne Country Club. Please read below for some important details / reminders from the team. We are still making last minute heat sheet changes and will send those ASAP.
Please arrive between 5:00-5:15pm and be ready to start warm-ups at 5:30pm.
FROM BCC:
BCC is located at 14801 Ballantyne Country Club Dr. We have parking for approximately 70 cars in our paved lot that we reserve for the visiting team. Once this lot fills up, feel free to park on the street right outside the Family and Activities Center. We will have parking attendants to help direct traffic.
If you have to park on the neighborhood streets, please park only on the sidewalk sides of Coyle Circle. DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE RESIDENCES ON THIS STREET.
Visiting teams sit on the right side of the pool, farthest from the baby pool area. Please bring chairs to sit in as all of our deck furniture will be removed for the meet.
Dinner will be served buffet style. The menu will be your choice of hamburger, hotdog, or chicken tenders with a side of french fries, cookies and a drink.
The cost per person will be $8.00 per child and $12.00 per adult. We accept credit cards only, but please NO AMEX.
The cabana will only be able to serve food to BCC members because of the way payment needs to be handled here.

Volunteers for tonight: Please see the email from Sarah today - especially timers - as BCC uses the dolphin timing system which is different from regular stop watches.
