Hello Water Jets - 

We have not sent out the results from Thursdays meet yet against Hembstead. We won the meet! However, a few of the times were recorded incorrectly and we've asked them to edit them before sending out. Thanks for your patience. 

Meet Attendance: Please be sure to log into Swimtopia and declare your swimmers availability for the All Star Meet, and their attendance for the meet this Thursday vs. Baxter. Please do this by tomorrow night at the latest. Thank you! 

The Reserve: Tomorrow night, June 27th, we will travel to The Reserve. Once we have the Heat Sheet, we will send it your way. This team uses the Swimtopia app - so you will also be able to view it there. The weather looks iffy at best. Keep an eye on your email! 

Here are the instructions and meet details from The Reserve: 

• Please enter our pool at the pool gate located to the right of the clubhouse. 
• Address: The Reserve Pool 10022 Royal Colony Drive Waxhaw, NC 28173 
• Parking: We have a small pool parking lot to the right of our clubhouse with first come first serve parking. Feel free to park anywhere on the streets of Royal Colony Drive or Constitution Drive. Food trucks will be parked in the circular driveway in front of the clubhouse so this area is a no parking zone.
• Timeline: Away team Warm Up time 5:30-5:45pm. All timers meet in the clubhouse at 5:40 pm. All Stroke and Turn Judges / Both Team Reps / Both Head Coaches meet in the clubhouse at 5:50pm. We will change to second half volunteers after Event #32 before the start of the IM's.
• Clerk of Course: We will each do our own Clerk of Course and line our own swimmers up behind the blocks. We have portable benches for your team to use to line your kids up before getting behind the blocks. These will be located in the back right corner very close to the blocks on your team's side of the pool. 
• Seating: Our visitor seating is on the right side / kiddie pool side and is mostly shaded. Some pool deck chairs and tables will be out, however we recommend bringing folding chairs to sit in. We just ask that walkways remain clear. Please keep all children out of our kiddie pool area as this is closed during meets. 
• Food Trucks and Concessions: Concessions are located in our clubhouse with pizza by the slice, soft pretzels, chips, candy, water, gatorade and soft drinks while supplies last. Cash and Zelle accepted. Food Trucks will be parked out front of the clubhouse from 5-8pm and accept most credit cards and cash. 
• The following food trucks will be at our pool on Monday:

3. Holy City Waffles 

• Theme Night: Luau/ Hawaiian Night - feel free to join us and wear your favorite Hawaiian shirts, leis, etc.
