Hello Water Jets Families -

We are looking forward to the FINAL meet of the season tonight against Thornhill. 

• IN WATER STARTS - Please mention to your kids that we will have IN WATER STARTS tonight. Meaning, our swimmers will NOT be diving from the blocks. Thornhill's pool is 3ft on both ends and therefore their swimmers are not able to dive. So to even the playing field, we will be doing the same. 
• HEAT SHEETS - Attached are the heat sheets for tonight. Once again we will be combining lots of events so please be mindful of those.
• MISSING RACES - Parents, we have noticed a lot of kids playing on the volleyball court and playground during the meet. Some kids are missing/late to races! Please encourage your swimmers to stay either on deck (or on the hill) and CHEER on their teammates.... and be paying attention to what race we are on. Thanks for your help with this!
• WHAT'S FOR DINNER? We are looking forward to A Little Taste of Chicago, True Pizza and we are finalizing a dessert truck (we hope!) :-) at the meet tonight. Please come hungry and support the food trucks as a portion of proceeds goes back to the team. We will have our teams concession stand open - cash only - unless the order is over $10 - then we will accept Venmo: @Go-Waterjets.
• VOLUNTEERS: Please check-in at the volunteer table no later than 5:30pm (unless you are meet set-up, ice runner etc).
• SWIMMERS: All swimmers should be on deck for warm-ups at 5:15pm! The meet will begin at 6pm. Please help the Clerk of Course by putting your child's first initial and last name on their shoulder blade in sharpie (i.e. E. Jordan).
• BANQUET: Big thanks again to Marissa Watts for coordinating the banquet last night. Thank you to sponsors, parents, volunteers, swimmers, and coaches! It was a great end to a terrific season!
