Hello Water Jets Families - 

We are looking forward to a great meet tonight against Weddington Racquet. 

• HEAT SHEETS - Attached are the heat sheets for tonight. Once again we will be combining lots of events so please be mindful of those. 
• MISSING RACES - Parents, we have noticed a lot of kids playing on the volleyball court and playground during the meet. Some kids are missing/late to races! Please encourage your swimmers to stay either on deck (or on the hill) and CHEER on their teammates.... and be paying attention to what race we are on. Thanks for your help with this. 
• BANQUET REMINDER/DETAILS - We hope you and your family can join us to celebrate the season with a banquet and pool party this Sunday, June 27th from 6-8pm at the Beckford Glen Pool. Feed the family dinner, and then join us for a DESSERT SOCIAL and Pool Party from 6-8pm. Kona Ice and Donut I Love You food trucks will be on hand. Each SWIMMER will receive a complimentary dessert from the truck of their choice. Cork and Ale (owned by a swim team family) will be on site selling adult beverages and we'll have DJ Jeremy playing music and games. Bring the family and join the fun! This event is for Water Jets and their families ONLY. Please remember that NO DINNER TRUCKS will be there. We look forward to recognizing the swimmers for a job well done this season! 
• WHAT'S FOR DINNER? We are looking forward to Taco Bout Nachos, Atomic Dog and Junior Scoops at the meet tonight. Please come hungry and support the food trucks as a portion of proceeds goes back to the team. We will have our teams concession stand open - cash only - unless the order is over $10 - then we will accept Venmo: @Go-Waterjets. 
• VOLUNTEERS: Please check-in at the volunteer table no later than 5:30pm (unless you are meet set-up, ice runner etc). 
• SWIMMERS: All swimmers should be on deck for warm-ups at 5:15pm! The meet will begin at 6pm. Please help the Clerk of Course by putting your child's first initial and last name on their shoulder blade in sharpie (i.e. E. Jordan). 
• MEET ATTENDANCE: Finally - please declare your swimmers attendance for the final meet on MONDAY if you haven't already.
