HOWJ - Meet Details vs. Providence Downs

We are looking forward to a great meet tonight against Providence Downs. This is another long email. Hang with us!
-HEAT SHEETS - Attached are the heat sheets for tonight. Once again we will be combining lots of events. PLEASE NOTE THIS ON YOUR SHEET: Combined events for tonight 3&4, 5&6, 7&8, 9&10, 11&12, 19&20, 21&22, 29&30, 31&32, 33&34, 37&38, 39&40, 47&48, 49&50, 57&58, 59&60, 61&62, 63&64, 65&66, 67&68, and 69&70.
- PARENT RELAY - We are looking forward to surprising the kids with a Parent Relay to end the meet tonight. If you want to participate, bring your suit, and meet at the Clerk of Course near the end of the evening so that Coach Blake Williams can organize the swimmers :-) Questions - please email: blakefwilliams@
- WHAT'S FOR DINNER? We have Food Trucks once again! Caribbean Buzz, True Craft Pizza, and Social Cow. Caribbean Buzz is still accepting pre-orders. Please come hungry and support the food trucks as a portion of proceeds goes back to the team. We will have our teams concession stand open - cash only - unless the order is over $10 - then we will accept Venmo: @Go-Waterjets.
-REMINDER ABOUT SEATING/PARKING - We will have the parking lot open tonight! We are going to block off HALF of the parking circle for the Food Trucks. So only ONE side of the circle will be open for cars in and cars out. Please be mindful of this and watch for kids!
Parents can set-up chairs on deck for tonight's meet. You can use the space under the pavilion (where the picnic tables usually are - by the grill) and the clubhouse side only. NO spectator chairs will be set up on Clerk of Course side. Please do NOT set up chairs before 4:30pm.
If you are more comfortable watching from outside the fence - or under the shade on the hill, please continue to do so. Please do keep watch on what race we are on so that your swimmer doesn't miss any races.... especially since so many are combined.
-VOLUNTEERS: Please check-in at the volunteer table no later than 5:30pm (unless you are meet set-up, ice runner etc).
-SWIMMERS: All swimmers should be on deck for warm-ups at 5:15pm! The meet will begin at 6pm. Please help the Clerk of Course by putting your child's first initial and last name on their shoulder blade in sharpie (i.e. E. Jordan).
