Hello Water Jets Families - 

We have our first real meet tomorrow night against Baxter! As a reminder, all of Division II teams are participating in virtual meets this year. Baxter will swim at their pool, and we will swim at ours. Therefore, we will not know the results of the meet until we are able to get all scores keyed-in and merged. Thanks for your patience! 

HEAT SHEETS: We hope not to have too many last minute changes, but that may happen. Maybe wait till closer to the meet to start printing :-) 

- The first document is Baxter's heat sheet. This is if swimmers would like to see how fast the other teams swimmers are. It is not necessary for you to print out Baxter's heat sheet. 

- The second document is our heat sheet. We will be combining lots of events at the meet tomorrow. Coach Whitney is not able to combine them on the heat sheet as it will mess up the results with Baxter.  Below is a list all the events that will be combined. Swimmers and families will need to pay attention as the relays and older kids races will move quickly. 

- Lastly, the third attachment is events by athletes.

RELAYS: For our new families - the Medley Relay order is as follows: Back, Breast, Butterfly, Freestyle (ABC order ;-)). The coaches will be on hand to help remind the younger kids of the order as well. 

WHAT'S FOR DINNER? We have Food Trucks once again! Taco Ole and Atomic Dog, along with EmergenSweets will be joining us tomorrow night. Please come hungry and support the food trucks as a portion of proceeds goes back to the team. We will have our teams concession stand open - this time facing inside the pool deck and that will be cash only. 

REMINDER ABOUT SEATING - We are going to allow parents to set-up chairs on deck for Mondays meet. You can use the space under the pavilion (where the picnic tables usually are - by the grill) and against the clubhouse only. NO spectator chairs will be set up on Clerk of Course side. Please do NOT set up chairs before 4:30pm.

If you are more comfortable watching from outside the fence - or under the shade on the hill, please continue to do so. Please do keep watch on what race we are on so that your swimmer doesn't miss any races.... especially since so many are combined tomorrow. 

VOLUNTEERS: Please check-in at the volunteer table no later than 5:30pm (unless you are meet set-up, ice runner etc). 

See you on deck tomorrow morning for practice.... and then beginning at 5:15pm for warm-ups! The meet will begin at 6pm.
