Hello HOWJ Parents - Thanks to everyone for your cooperation last night. It was a successful mock meet. We hope your kids enjoyed it - we saw lots of smiling swimmers! 

THANK YOUS: As you can see, it truly takes an army to pull off these meets and we appreciate each and every volunteer.  Very special thanks to our Board Members who saw a need and really stepped in to help. And to our AMAZING coaching staff - we keep saying this - but we are so lucky to have you. 

RESULTS: Attached are the results from the Mock Meet. Please note, that while there were no DQs last night because it was a mock meet, there will be DQs next week. 

MEET ATTENDANCE: If you haven't declared your child's attendance for the meet next Thursday (June 10th) please do that by MONDAY! Thank you for your help with this. 

SEATING @ NEXT MEET: For the meet on Monday (at home vs Baxter) - we are going to allow parents to set up chairs on deck. Remember it will still just be our team on site. You can use the space under the pavilion (where the picnic tables usually are - by the grill) and against the clubhouse only. NO spectator chairs will be set up on Clerk of Course side. Please do NOT set up chairs before 4:30pm. 

If you are more comfortable watching from outside the fence - or under the shade on the hill, please continue to do so. Please do keep watch on what race we are on so that your swimmer doesn't miss any races. 

VOLUNTEER CHANGES: Because of this change, a couple of the volunteer slots will be adjusted. If you are impacted, Sarah Tate will contact you. 

We will see how this goes on Monday and reevaluate for Thursdays meet.
