Hello - If you are receiving this email, it's because your swimmer is "undeclared" for the Mock Meet next Thursday, June 3rd. 

Coach Whitney is working with our computer system that generates the heat sheets and it's VERY important that you notify us in Swimtopia regarding your child's attendance to EVERY meet. 

Please follow the instructions below by FRIDAY of this week to declare your attendance for the MOCK MEET on June 3rd. 

In advance of EVERY meet, you will log in to Swimtopia (waterjets.swimtopia.com) and "declare" your swimmer either present or absent. (We do not need you to let us know if your swimmer will miss practice. Please make every effort to attend practices!) If you already know some meets they will miss this summer, go ahead and mark them now. If your plans change, be sure to update your swimmers status in the system. This is how the coaches know who to put in to race at each meet. If this is not accurate, you may show up to a meet and your child won't be listed on the heat sheet. To record meet attendance - log into Swimtopia:

• Click "meets and events" tab
• Click "sign up calendar"
• Click "meet entry"
• Under each child's name select "edit" and change their status from "undeclared" to either "attending" OR "not attending" FOR EVERY SINGLE MEET. You can do them one at a time or all at once. 
• We don't want anyone listed as undeclared. We need to know if you are in or out ;-)
• We need ALL swimmers declared for the Mock Meet by THIS FRIDAY (5/28)!
