Hello HOWJ Families - 

Attached is the heat sheet for tonight's meet at Hembstead. Please have your swimmers on deck and ready for warm ups at 5:30pm. 

There will be some changes to the 13/14 and 15/18 boys relays. The coaches will speak to any swimmers affected by those changes tonight. 

Please remember it's helpful to write your swimmers first initial and last name on their right shoulder. 

This will be another tough meet. Let's finish strong. GO WATER JETS!
