Hello Water Jets Families - 

We hope everyone is having a good weekend. Attached are the results from the Baxter meet. 

Just a couple of reminders as we switch to our summer schedule this week and prepare for Monday's meet. 

PRACTICE SCHEDULE: Now that school is out - we will begin practicing in the morning instead of the afternoon. We will see you tomorrow morning! Times are listed below and can be found on SwimTopia as well.

June 10-27

• Shrimpers- 8-8:30am
• 7/8s- 8:30-9:15am
• 9/10s- 9:15-10am
• 11& up- 10:00-10:45am

VOLUNTEERING AT MEETS: If you are scheduled to volunteer and can't for some reason - you must find a replacement. Attached is the list of volunteers for the upcoming meets. You must find someone to swap with you. Even if it's last minute - please help us fill your space. Please email [email protected] to let us know who you switched with. You must fulfill your volunteer duties in order for your child to participate. 

ABSENCES: If your child will be absent for a meet and the portal on SwimTopia has closed - you must email [email protected] to notify us of the absence - even if it's last minute. This helps us keep our Heat Sheets accurate! This is especially important for those kiddos who participate in relays. If we don't know your child will be absent - then the entire relay team won't get to race. :-(

WEATHER: Please keep watch on your email as this is how we will communicate any weather delays or cancellations. 

CLEAN UP: Please be sure to clean up after your family during and upon leaving a meet. There was some trash scattered around our side at Baxter. This is NOT how we want to represent our neighborhood and our team at other pools. 

While this is optional - please consider writing your child's first initial and last name on their right shoulder blade in sharpie. It helps at Clerk of Course. 

We will see you tomorrow morning for practice and then tomorrow night at the Reserve! Be on the lookout for the heat sheet on Monday.
