Hello Families! 

We are excited for our Home Mock Meet tomorrow. Please check your email for the heat sheets. 

While this is completely optional - it really helps the Clerk of Course if your child's first initial and last name is written clearly on their right shoulder blade in sharpie. 

Team picture will be promptly at 5PM. If you are taking individual pictures - please come around 4:30PM. We need ALL swimmers on deck and in their suits (not caps) at 5PM sharp. Warm-ups and the meet will follow immediately after.
Girls MUST wear caps when they swim and they will be for sale at concessions. 

Weather Delays: Remember to always show up for meets rain or shine! We will always try to hold at least half the meet so we don’t have to reschedule. PLEASE NEVER LEAVE a meet until we officially cancel! We will use this EMAIL list to send out weather delay or cancellation notices.

Come HUNGRY! Remember to bring your appetites Monday Night! Eat dinner with us and support the team. Pizza, burgers, hot dogs, nachos and much more will be served at concessions.

Absolutely NO alcohol is allowed inside the pool gates. This is a Greater Charlotte Swim League rule. If you'd like to enjoy an adult beverage - you must be outside the gates - you can choose to watch the meet from the hill. If alcohol is found in the deck area - our team could be disqualified. This goes for all home and away meets.

Where do we sit: You may want to bring folding chairs, blankets for your family to sit. We generally set up our team on the clubhouse side of the pool. This is a mock meet - so there won't be another team - so we can spread out a bit! 

All swimmers MUST remain on the pool deck during the meet! The playground is tempting, but off limits to swimmers during the meet. The kids need to be ready to swim and cheering on their fellow Water Jets.
