Important: Meet Attendance

Hello Parents - Meet attendance (whether your child is attending at meet or not) MUST be declared and in the SwimTopia system on:
- Sunday night by 11pm before a Thursday meet
- Wednesday night by 11pm before a Monday meet.
If you have a last minute absence due to an illness or unexpected circumstance, simply email: [email protected]. The online system will lock at the times listed above.
As of today - we still have 38 kids who are listed as "undeclared" for Baxter this Thursday. The attendance for this meet will lock this Sunday at 11:30pm. Please go in and update to "attending" or "not attending" so Coach Chris can work on the heat sheets.
If you already know your vacation/camp schedule etc - go ahead and update ALL your meets for the season. If something comes up while the system is open - you can make changes at any time.
